Allianz is Paris. Ready. Go.

Allianz, Worldwide Olympic and Paralympic Insurance Partner released a series of min documentaries that feature the behind-the-scenes game preparations of athletes, fans, organizers, and volunteers. The title of this content says it all - Paris. Ready. Go. A wide swath of stakeholders are cast in the series, ranging from the preparation of outstanding athletes to the chefs who will cook for the athletes. The plan is to release a series of ten films, each providing a unique behind-the-scenes look.

Paris.Ready. Go. illustrates the vast swath of stakeholders, including fans, that go into making the Olympics the Olympics. We may see the goal scorers. However, we must remember the volunteers who helped coach the young athletes, schedule the tournaments, and create opportunities. While Allianz employees usually strive behind the scenes, they are out in front as torchbearers, fans, and volunteers for the Paris games. The company has tapped colleagues from multiple entities worldwide. With several hundred volunteers from over a dozen markets, this will be an international event for the partner and its people. In 2023, employees clocked their mileage to support essential charities. The Allied World Run tied in perfectly to the company's commitment to harnessing the power of sport to create positive change in the future of young people.

Allianz and the IOC recently partnered on significant research to understand the state of youth sports and participation around the globe. Facts are the foundation for essential programs and initiatives. Allianz has an effort entitled MoveNow, designed to prepare youth for tomorrow by getting their mind, body, and soul in gear. Through clubs, hackathons, TikToks and more, Allianz empowers youth to prepare for a better future. In addition, they created unique MoveNow Training Series programming, including one to encourage young people with disabilities to participate in sports. There is a motivational video, training plan and videos, all co-created in partnership with the International Paralympic Committee.

Around the world, Allianz business units in countries such as Austria are participating in the movement through localized brand campaigns. Recently, the Australian market launched the Aahhh campaign, which features the sound that Aussie sports fans make for their heroes when they achieve something remarkable. The market is preparing fans to ensure the world hears them cheer and shout 'Go Aahhhstralia' through the Olympics and Paralympics. Sport is a big part of Australians' lives, and Allianz intends to be a big part of their Olympic experience.

In France, Allianz just unveiled some incredible signage on their main offices in Paris, including the Neptune Tower, to add powerful animation to the Paris Olympic scene. The imagery is significant not just for its size but for the execution of its installation. All of Allianz's programs, preparation, collaboration, and talent are visible in the passion for the Games, which is coming through significantly.

To help us understand the strategy and the nuances of Allianz's incredibly comprehensive approach, we have invited Ana Shapiro Queenan to take the stage at SponsorshipX Paris. Ana is a savvy expert who worked the Olympic movement from every seat from OCOG to NOC to Agency and now Partner. She did not just fill out her address book but laid the stake to permanent addresses in multiple countries and continents. This unique perspective, coupled with the complexity of Allianz's program, will make her conversation on August 8th a can't-miss.
