SPX Invites You to IGNITE – A Black Talent Initiative

We are excited to share that the Black Talent Initiative will host Ignite (blacktalentinitiative.network/ignite), a Leadership Forum to celebrate Black History Month on February 27, 28, and 29, 2024.

In the beautiful Microsoft Canada Headquarters, this event will showcase Black Changemakers, Black Entrepreneurs, and Black Leaders in downtown Toronto.

Each day of Ignite will focus on one of these three personas and provide an opportunity for networking, collaboration, inspiration, and information.

The BTI wants to showcase the talent in the Black community to inspire others to follow in their footsteps and to create opportunities for organizations looking to support these leaders. The event aims to empower Black leaders and build opportunities for them. The choice of Black History Month was very purposeful, as we want to add to our legacy by creating opportunities for the future.

In addition, now that the BTI is a registered Canadian charity, this Forum will serve as a fundraiser to support our year-round work.I am hopeful this event can provide an opportunity for your organization to further its efforts to support your Black employees, invest in the Black community and combat anti-Black racism sustainably by creating economic opportunity for Black Canadians.
