Welcome to the big weekend that we’ve all been eagerly waiting for! Get ready to dive into the future of fandom and immerse yourself in the excitement of SponsorshipX Halifax, Presented by the JUNO Awards. We’re all set for an extraordinary time as we unravel the strategies to nurture long-term, devoted fans who will prove invaluable to your brand, whether in entertainment, music, gaming, or hobbies.

First – Please ensure you’ve downloaded your most valuable resource for the day: the SponsorshipX Halifax app. Our powerful app is built on Bundeling, an innovative platform that provides solid building blocks for efficient communication and collaboration.

Please keep an eye on your inbox as you would have received an email containing an invitation to join the SponsorshipX Halifax app (it’s NOT in the app store). If you attended SPX Toronto in January or SPX Whistler in July last year, you already know how beneficial it can be. The invitation would’ve come from SponsorshipX ([email protected]), so if you don't find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Please note that the app is exclusively available to registered guests with assigned tickets. If you have a colleague who hasn't received this email, it may be because they have yet to claim their ticket. Kindly have them email us at [email protected].

How can the app help you?

• A detailed event schedule is available on the app (and a topline event schedule on the website). Please note: The schedule will be displayed in your current time zone - upon arriving in Halifax it will automatically update to Atlantic Daylight Time when your phone time zone updates.

• You will be able to register yourself for the sessions you want to attend.

• A full list of attendees is available for you to connect with other guests.

Additionally, the SPX Halifax App is available on your desktop or tablet as well. To gain access, please use the personal identification code included in the invitation email.

Second – On-site registration, essentially your badge pickup, will be available at various locations throughout the weekend. Upon arrival, you need to provide your name to our team and have your ID on hand.

Team SPX will be available for registration at the following times:

March 22, 2024: 

11 am – 3 pm - Halifax Convention Centre, 1650 Argyle St, Halifax, NS

4 pm – 6:30 pm - ADVANCE House, The Tribe Network, 1717 Barrington Street, Halifax, NS

March 23, 2024:

9:30 am – 12 pm – Daryâ, 1709 Lower Water St #110, Halifax, NS

12:30 pm – 5 pm - Kenneth C. Rowe Hall at Pier 21, 1055 Marginal Rd, Halifax, NS

March 24, 2024:

8:30 am – 12 pm – Pacifico, 5171 George St, Halifax, NS

Third – Dress code: Recommended attire is Smart Casual, so please feel free to dress comfortably yet professionally. However, remember we’re still in Canada and you might be exposed to some truly unpredictable weather in Halifax, so be sure to bring something that will keep you warm when walking to any of our venues. Additionally, since we'll be bringing you a special networking event happening at this year's JUNO Awards, your attire can range from casual rocker chic to a night out on the town, or even a proper black-tie outfit if you're feeling fancy.
